个人简介

吕巍,男,19823月生,山东济南人。博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2010年至今在必赢 bwin官网必赢 bwin官网 入口工作,20106月获四川大学化学生物学博士学位,20076月获山东理工大学生物化学与分子生物学硕士学位,20046月获山东师范大学生物技术专业学士学位。近年来主持并参与了多项国家自然科学基金,在氮素营养与植物光合生理,生物信息学等领域均获得突出研究成果。在国内外著名学术刊物上发表论文20多篇。

研究方向

   氮是植物生长发育最重要的元素之一,当土壤氮素匮乏时,用于合成叶绿素的氮源减少,植物的光合作用减弱,最终导致生物量降低。因此,培育高氮效作物新品种,提高作物光合利用率,对于提高作物产量,发展高效农业具有重要意义。本实验室主要围绕园艺作物高效利用氮素的分子机制展开以下工作。

   1、硝态氮信号转导途径相关基因的克隆与鉴定。以园艺作物番茄为研究材料,应用植物分子生物学、遗传学、基因组学、生物信息学等理论和技术,深入研究这些基因在硝态氮信号途径中的功能及其表达调控,解析调控硝态氮信号途径的基因网络,阐明植物高效吸收利用硝态氮的分子机制。

   2、硝态氮调控基因的克隆与鉴定。通过正反向遗传学及生物信息学方法,克隆并鉴定番茄等园艺作物中硝态氮调控基因的具体功能与作用机理,建立硝态氮吸收利用的分子调控网络,为培育高氮效的园艺作物新品种提供理论依据。

   3、硝态氮信号转导及调控的分子网络重建。利用生物信息学方法,依据大量转录组数据,重建并不断完善番茄等园艺作物的硝态氮信号转导及调控的分子网络。
